Thank you for your Giant Stuffed Animal order! We love all our animals and we know you will appreciate the care and quality that goes into each pack. A gift message can be sent with any of your animal orders. Please note that an invoice is not included in any pack where the Bill To and Ship To address are different, as we assume this is a gift for someone special!
If you have any concerns with your order you may ship the package back to us within 30 days of you receiving it for a refund. International orders will not be reimbursed the shipping cost.
Please email us at email@example.com. with the reason for the return, your name, phone number and the order number. We will respond within 24 hours what address the animal needs to be returned to. Please hang on to your tracking number you used to return the animal.
When we receive the item back we will send an email stating the credit is being processed.

We have three warehouses around the country to best expedite your shipping needs. Our goal is to get your new animal to you with all speed, but please allow up to 48 hours for processing. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships.
The Giant Stuffed Animals are shipped via UPS, USPS, Fedex but mostly Fedex Smart Post. Many are shipped in oversized boxes. The shipping cost for all Giant Stuffed Animals is FREE for all Ground orders, except Hawaii and Alaska. Expedited shipping costs extra.
Shipping out of the United States will require additional costs. All international orders are shipped via USPS. Please email your shipping address and the animal you are interested in to firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping quote.
Common Shipping Questions
How much is shipping?
Ground shipping is FREE within the United States except Alaska and Hawaii cost $30 per package. If you order an animal over 42 inches the shipping will cost more to those locations. International orders and Express shipments all depend upon the destination and weight of the product, please contact us at orders@giantstuffedanimals and we will respond with a shipping quote immediately or call us at 866-212-4095.
When will I receive my Giant Stuffed Animal?
We will process your order within 48 hours. If we have any difficulty with the order we will call or email you within 24 hours. Delivery time depends upon which of our three warehouses we ship from. Most pieces take 2-7 business days. We will email you a tracking number as soon as we receive it from our warehouse.
Can I include a gift card?
When you fill out the gift message box we add it to the packaging slip. We never send any pricing info with any animal we ship out. We recently created online virtual gift cards so you can notify the gift recipient that the gift is on the way. Do you Ship out of the Country?
